Pregnancy has been accepted as the place between miracle and curse in the ancient ages. However, science brought out the real point of view to the pregnancy. For thousands of years, it is known as a physiological situation. Maybe we can name it the miracle of physiology. Nevertheless, non-physiological cases may also occur during pregnancy. It is not only important for the fetus but also important for the mother’s health. Some problems can be solved easily or spontaneously however some may be life-threatening. Additionally, a problem during pregnancy affects two lives simultaneously. As it is obviously seen in the chapters that almost all systems have interactions with pregnancy. In this scientific book, we wanted to evaluate and discuss almost all systems’ interactions. All authors are specialists and experts in their fields and all the data in the book are a combination of their experience and the revision of the literature. We, the editors, thank all of the authors for this valuable fundamental scientific knowledge. We also thank all our families, our masters of our professions, and dedicate this exertion to the next generations.
